    • Functional Fitness

      Not for beginners. This class is 45 minutes of non-stop high-intensity total body conditioning using functional real-world movements. You might be toned, tight, and ready for the beach, but are you able to get your child out of his car seat or carry a case of water from the grocery store? Functional fitness movements focus on building a body capable of doing real-life activities in real-life positions, not just lifting a certain amount of weight in an idealized posture created by a gym machine.

    • Lower Body Toning & Stretch

      Targets lower body “trouble spots” like abs, glutes & thighs. Total body stretching completes the 45 minute workout.

    • Step & Tone

      A mix of traditional step aerobics combined with weights to tone and sculpt.

    • Total Body Fitness

      Combining weight-training, cardiovascular training and core strengthening, this is a circuit based class intended to challenge you with a variety of exercises and movements. You can expect increased muscle tone, improved cardiovascular endurance and enhanced core strength and balance.

      Come get wet and have a great workout. Using the natural resistance of the water, you’ll do a variety of exercises to get your heart rate up and tone your body. No swimming required, but please bring a towel. Tae-Bo Basic in The Pool is a combination of kickboxing, boxing and Tae Bo in the water.

    A group cycling class that incorporates great music to keep up the intensity level. We’ll incorporate climbs, sprints and jumps to simulate an outdoor bike ride. A great cardio rush for all levels. Note: Some classes are for advanced riders only. Our "Pedal, Push & Pump" Class is 20 minutes of Spinning, 20 minutes of toning & sculpting and 10 minutes of focused abdominal & core work, all to the sounds of your favorite remixes.

    Yoga

    Yoga is a mind-body practice that combines stretching exercises, controlled breathing and relaxation. Yoga can help reduce stress, lower blood pressure and improve heart function.


    Fit Yoga

    We’ll incorporate additional strength moves (like push-ups) and keep moving between poses to get your heart rate up while focusing on stretching and flexibility.

    Gentle Yoga

    A great introduction to yoga, especially for seniors and people coming back from injuries. The focus is on flexibility and relaxation.

    Hatha Yoga

    You will move through a series of classic asanas (poses), using your breath to guide you. With this style of yoga, the poses are held for longer periods than with Vinyasa yoga.

    Strength & Serenity

    A mix of traditional strength training and yoga, incorporating weights and stretching.

    Weekend Warrior Yoga

    Standard poses with flow to move you from you out of the weekend and into your busy week. Strength and core movements as well, finishing with meditation.

    Vinyassa Yoga

    A continuous flow of postures coordinated with your breathing. This class will increase your strength and flexibility while toning your entire body.

    Runner or golfer, tennis player or new mom, chances are you've heard someone talking about the benefits of Pilates. Many types of people, at many levels of fitness, who have begun doing Pilates exercises say they've seen improvements in range of motion, flexibility, circulation, posture, and abdominal strength -- and decreases in back, neck and joint pain.

    Levels

    Beginner Class - Train with the aid of the Pilates reformer equipment and you will: Increase muscle tone; Improve flexibility; Strengthen your back; Improve posture; Decrease stress & Increase energy level. Progress through a personalized workout that will challenge you physically and mentally while energizing and relaxing you.

    Intermediate/Advanced Class – Raise your expertise and skill level through higher intensity exercises; Progress to more advanced exercises that integrate core control, correct breathing and proper alignment with smooth, continuous movements for all of the muscle groups; Increase strength and flexibility as you continue to refine your form.

    You may sign-up for a class up to one week in advance to reserve a Reformer. Payment must be made prior to class and is required to reserve a Reformer, but there are no refunds for missed classes. Classes with less than two (2) students are subject to cancellation. Bare feet are not permitted in the Pilates studio for safety and hygenic reasons. Yoga & Pilates ToeSox with non-slip grip are available at the Front Desk for $15/pair.

    Learn the skills of a boxer. You’ll learn punching drills, footwork and the proper way to hit the heavy bag and speed bag. You will gain confidence as you learn some self-defense skills too.

    Trainer - Russ Burke

    Russ Burke has nearly 40 years of experience in the boxing field and is a Personal Trainer, Nutrition Specialist & Advanced Resistance Training Specialist.

    Levels

    Beginner Class - No experience necessary. Learn the fundamentals of boxing like footwork, how to hit the heavy bag, speed bag and hand pads.


    Advanced Class – Must have beginner class experience. Learn defensive drills, techniques and situational boxing hints.


    Boxing Boot Camp – Exercises related to boxing, including: abdominal work; medicine ball use; leg work; small weight work; and more.
